FALL WEATHER.

if you are a native to washington then you know that you can expect the unexpected in regards to weather.  in one hour it can be warm and sunny and in the next it can be cold, gloomy, and windy.  today was one of those days.  most may not enjoy it because of its incovenience, but i honestly love the ever-changing variance.  it's refreshing.

enjoyed this delicious lunch with one of the besties today in downtown bellevue at an exceptional dumpling house, din tai fung.  there are only two locations in the u.s., here and in los angeles and it is so yummy.  there is an average wait of 30 min during the lunch hour but it is well worth it.  perfect portions and inexpensive. -enjoy.

happy halloween everyone.  it's been years since i last put on a costume and participated in the spirit of halloween. i forgot how fun it was.  i bought this mask on sale for $7 and paired it with an old dress that i thought fit the scary baby doll look i was going for...

the night was spent with some of my favorites and i thought that my friend put together a more authentic costume than me.  her bow is so cute. -enjoy

finally set up a spot in the house to do outfit pics.  super happy about that because it means no more bathroom pics =) i obviously need to work on getting a straight angle and better lighting. it was super sunny today.  until next time...

STYLE & COMFORT.

waking up in the morning and taking the time to get dressed and looking somewhat descent has been kind of a struggle for me.  balancing school, work, family and a fair social life has forced me to be annoyingly lazy about the way i sometimes present myself. so on my most stringent days i command comfort… that still warrants style.  i feel invincible in sweatpants.
